Children Workforce Development Council Regional Project - July 2007
On behalf of the CWDC, Just 4 Youth worked with a group of children & young people to develop a participation toolkit for non-particpatory practitioners and managers.
The aim of the toolkit is to provide a range of practical exercises to gain teh knowledge and skills to enable them to get children and young people actively involved in their work.
Just 4 Youth trained a group of young people to work with an adult team on the development of the toolkit.
The toolkit is available online as a downloadable resource and is supported by PodCasts from the young people to guide workers through the toolkit.
