Just 4 Youth scooped another award on Friday night, winning Business in the Community, in the Evening Gazette’s Community Champions Awards, held at Middlesbrough’s Thistle Hotel.

Just 4 Youth was nominated for the award by Ayresome  Ward Councillor, Mrs Barbara Dunne. She said “This is just what we want to see, young people of that age getting involved in such issues in the community. It is good to see them tackling this work and I support them fully.”

Kevin Franks, Operations Director at Just 4 Youth comments “We were up against some tough opposition in this category - what I think made the difference for us is that we are winning more and more repeat business, and being asked to deliver successful projects to a wider geographic area., which means we are able to employ an increasing number of young people as Youth Support Workers, project workers and volunteers. Our team has tripled in the last year and with demand for services getting higher, we hope this will continue. Our team is the proof of Just 4 Youth’s success – I’m very proud of them!”
